Welcome to Seda Studio Resources. By downloading, purchasing, or using any of our templates, components, animations, images, or other digital assets (collectively, “Resources”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or products.

1. License & Usage Rights

When you download or purchase a Resource, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the conditions below:

Personal License

  • Use the Resource for personal or portfolio projects.

  • You may not use it for commercial purposes (client projects, paid products, SaaS, or e-commerce).

Commercial License

  • Use the Resource for commercial projects, including websites for your own business or client projects.

  • Unlimited end products permitted.

  • Attribution is not required but appreciated.

Agency / Extended License

  • Use Resources across multiple client projects within your agency.

  • May not redistribute as part of a template library, theme marketplace, or resale platform.

  • Each Resource must be incorporated into a unique end product.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share Resources “as-is” (free or paid).

  • Claim ownership or authorship of any Resource.

  • Use Resources in illegal, harmful, or misleading projects.

  • Remove copyright notices, license info, or metadata included with the files.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely via [Stripe / Shopify / Framer Commerce].

  • Due to the digital nature of Resources, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience issues accessing a file, contact us at [support@seda.studio] and we’ll assist.

4. Availability & Updates

  • Free Resources may be added, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

  • Paid Resources may receive updates (bug fixes, improvements, new assets). Updates are included for all existing purchasers of that Resource.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Resources are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Seda Studio is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of our Resources.

  • While we optimize for performance and accessibility, you are responsible for testing Resources within your own project environment.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Resources remain the intellectual property of Seda Studio.

  • Purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the Resource.

7. Termination of License

Seda Studio reserves the right to revoke licenses and block access if these Terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India .
